Several ingredients in the formula have been studied for their effect on testosterone. In published trials, fenugreek (500-600mg/day) was associated with increases in free testosterone in resistance-trained men; tongkat ali (200mg of a 200:1 extract) with normalized testosterone levels in men experiencing age-related decline; and a 2026 meta-analysis of 23 randomized trials found ashwagandha raised testosterone in men by an average of 57 ng/dL. Zinc and boron are cofactors in testosterone synthesis and metabolism. What that means for you depends on your baseline, age, sleep, training, and body composition -- men starting lower tend to see the most movement. RBRN is designed to support healthy testosterone levels already within the normal range; it is not a drug and does not treat any medical condition. Two ingredients in the formula have human data on sexual function. In a 12-week randomized trial of 120 men aged 43-70, fenugreek was associated with significant improvements in self-reported sexual function -- including morning erections -- alongside measured increases in testosterone. In a separate 12-week trial of 109 men aged 30-55, tongkat ali was associated with a 14% improvement in libido scores. Take 3 capsules daily with a meal. We recommend taking all three together, preferably with food containing some fat (this helps absorption of fat-soluble compounds like Vitamin D). Morning or evening — whichever works better for your routine. Consistency matters more than timing.

Week 1–2: Ashwagandha may begin affecting your stress response and cortisol levels. Some people notice improved calm and sleep quality early.

Week 4–8: This is when most clinical studies measure outcomes. Expect potential improvements in energy, stress resilience, and overall wellbeing to become more noticeable.

Month 2–3: Testosterone-supporting ingredients typically require consistent use to show measurable effects. Cellular energy benefits from NMN and PQQ have been shown to accumulate over time.

Your response depends on age, baseline nutrient status, stress levels, sleep quality, exercise habits, and genetics. Some people feel effects quickly; others need longer consistent use.

Clinical research on these ingredients at these doses generally shows good tolerability, but individual responses vary. Ashwagandha may cause mild drowsiness in some people, with rare reports of GI upset. Fenugreek can cause a maple-syrup smell in your sweat and urine — weird, we know, but generally harmless. Occasional GI symptoms have also been reported. The remaining ingredients are generally well tolerated at our doses. If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.

Generally yes, but there are a few things worth knowing. If you take extra zinc, keep your total daily intake under 40mg to avoid interfering with copper absorption. Our formula already contains 3,000 IU of vitamin D, so factor that into your total if you supplement D separately. If you're already taking other testosterone-supporting products, stacking them with this may not give you additive benefits — it could actually create imbalances. Our formula also contains BioPerine® (black pepper extract), which enhances absorption of many compounds — including some medications. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting new supplements, especially if you're taking any kind of prescription medications.
